This Z-Wave Plus module is used for energy measurements in the single-phase power grid up to 65A. This meter directly measures energy in 2-wire networks according to the principle of fast sampling of voltage and current signals. An integrated microprocessor calculates the energy, power and power factor of the measured signals.

This module can also be retrofitted to the Z-Wave home automation controller. In addition, it acts as a repeater to improve the reach and stability of the Z-Wave network.

Designed to be mounted on a DIN rail, this Smart Meter module is the first Z-Wave module installed in an electrical panel.

The module can also control electrical devices (switching on / off) with the addition of the following external relays:

- BICOM432-40-WM1 bistable switch (32A), controlled by the optical communication port (IR)
- Contactor (32A) IKA232-20 / 230 V controlled by the output on terminal 5 

Finally, it should be noted that the QUBINO brand has set obligations of quality and durability: they have carefully selected high-performance components. Numerous quality control tests were also carried out on the module to ensure maximum durability (resistant enough to operate at temperatures ranging from -10 ° C to 40 ° C).
